✦ Membership

What membership is.

A senior Principal Physician who knows you, a team of experts behind them, and a year planned around your health and performance goals, rather than reactive.

Your care is led by your Principal Physician, and guided by a Deep Dive assessment at the start of your membership and each subsequent year. Around them sits a small team, two further clinicians or scientists chosen for what you need, and a concierge coordinator, supported by our Concierge Care Team, who arranges and chases any health-related matters, so that you do not.

The year begins with a long first Deep Dive consultation and the tailored assessments that follow from it, chosen for you rather than from a fixed package. Then a results review, quarterly reviews, and a written plan that is updated as the year goes on. Between those, your team is on a private message channel for any unplanned bumps throughout the year.

You keep your own GP and any specialists you already see. We work alongside them.

A curated health journey.

Wherever you are

Care that travels with you.

Most of what we do reaches you remotely, which means it reaches you wherever you happen to be. We look after members directly across the United Kingdom and the United States. Elsewhere, we stay the constant: your physician holds the thread, and where you need to be seen in person we arrange it with a registered local provider we have checked ourselves, then read what comes back and tell you what it means.

For people who live between countries, that is usually the thing they have never had: one clinician who knows the whole history, rather than a new one in each city.

The two tiers

Two levels of membership.

Foundational and Comprehensive. Both have the same foundations; the difference is how much of the testing and assessment programme is built into the fee rather than arranged as you need it. We will talk you through both on the introduction, and put them in writing before you decide.

Foundational

For continuity, coordination and rapid expert support, with deeper assessment added as you need it.

Included
A Principal Physician, two supporting clinicians or scientists, and a dedicated concierge coordinator
A private message channel to your team
The year: the Deep Dive, a results review, quarterly reviews and a year in review
Our in-house team, and access to clinicians, scientists and coaches internationally. Where a case is complex, we convene a board for it
A records vault and biomarker tracker, so your history and your data sit in one secure place
Finding the right specialist, briefing them, booking, and chasing the results
Arranged at cost

Laboratory tests and scans, coaching built around your plan, and structured research programmes.

Comprehensive

Everything in Foundational, with the assessment programme and coaching included rather than arranged as you go.

Also included
A defined annual assessment programme, built around what your physician decides is worth measuring
Cardiopulmonary exercise testing and body composition, twice in the year
Blood panels twice in the year, with the markers chosen for you rather than from a fixed list
Annual screening: biomechanical, skin and bowel
Regular coaching across nutrition, sleep, health and performance, and exercise physiology
Rapid evidence reviews for the decisions in front of you

Testing and programmes beyond what is included are arranged at cost, and quoted before any appointment is made.

Questions

The questions people usually ask.

Because nothing we recommend earns us anything. We own no laboratory, no diagnostic facility and no treatment centre, and we take no margin, commission or rebate on any test, referral or medicine. Anything arranged beyond your membership is billed at what it costs us, and quoted before it happens. Our revenue is the membership itself, which is why we will tell you to stop as readily as to start.

We read them properly: results from other clinics, scans, wearables, and whatever your own tools have told you. Your physician says which to repeat, which to leave, and which to act on. We do not re-run tests for the sake of thoroughness.

No. Your Principal Physician works alongside them. With your consent we bring your existing clinicians into the discussion directly, so decisions get made between the people involved rather than relayed through you. Where you would rather we kept our distance from someone, we do that instead. You decide who sees what.

No. We are a scheduled, physician-led service. Between reviews you have your team on a private message channel and we reply within one working day. In an emergency, call 999 in the UK or 911 in the US; your physician picks up the thread afterwards and, with your consent, speaks to whoever treated you.

A named colleague covers, with your notes and your plan in front of them. Your coordinator does not change, and we tell you who is covering.

Your physician stays yours. Consultations and the message channel travel with you. Where you need to be seen, we arrange it with a registered local provider we have checked, brief them, and read what comes back. We do not hand you over.

Yes. Family members join as members in their own right, each with their own physician relationship, their own plan and their own confidential record. What is shared between family members is each person's decision.

Membership is an annual fee at one of the two levels above. We give you both figures on the introduction and in writing before you decide. Tests, consultations and medicines beyond your tier are billed at cost. The experiences are priced separately.

Your membership includes a defined programme of consultations: the Deep Dive, a results review, quarterly reviews and a year in review. Time beyond that is arranged at cost, as are tests, scans and consultations beyond your tier, all quoted in advance. Medicines. Hospital and emergency care. The experiences, which are priced separately.

An introduction first: a half-hour conversation with one of our team, no charge and no obligation. If it fits, we send the agreement and introduce you to your physician and coordinator. Your first consultation follows within a few weeks. Occasionally we will say that we are not the right practice for someone; we would rather say it then than later.

✦ The next step

The next step is an introduction.

Half an hour with one of our team, at no charge and no obligation. If we are not the right practice for you, we will say so then.
