The practice, and the people in it.
Why we built it.

Ran and Andy have worked together since their time rowing together. Their subsequent careers, spanning elite sports and military medicine, created the basis for building this practice from the same principles of these disciplines.
They came together to solve a problem of siloed and fractured information in healthcare, failure of the full integration of performance medicine alongside conventional medicine and clinics selling well ahead of the evidence base. That is why this practice is independent and diagnostically agnostic: free to use whatever the research actually supports, and free to say when nothing is worth doing.
They were joined on this journey by Yoni, to build out the operations that an international concierge depends on; Jeff, as the clinic expanded to the US, bringing his keen attention to the member experience; Jaye, as our Chief Medical Officer in the US and our expert on hormonal health; and Sabrina, frustrated by the lack of continuum between psychological and biological approaches to long-term healthcare and set on building the optimal environment for individuals to realise their fullest potential. Together, they want to grow a community of like-minded members and practitioners, to lead by example and join members on their journey through Experiential Medicine.
The science of flourishing.
Most of medicine studies what makes people ill. Salutogenesis studies the opposite: what actually allows a body to do well, and what raises the ceiling on what it can do.
We start with how your body is actually working, in detail, and build from there. Every assessment and every decision is made for the person in front of us rather than from a template.
Our clinicians come from senior NHS, private and elite sport. They have looked after founders under load, executives at altitude, and people no other clinic could fit neatly into a protocol. That is the work we exist to do.
The Team
Senior clinicians, researchers and specialists united around a single purpose: the complete health of every member.
